About the Scholarship

The Lindsey Vonn Foundation provides future generations the tools they need to discover the grit within, pursue their passion, overcome obstacles, and reach their goals through scholarships, programs, and mentorship. A scholarship from the Foundation is a financial aid option to allow the next generation to pursue their passion in academic and enrichment activities to reach their goals.

Scholarships from the Foundation will support academic and enrichment activities to help youth reach a goal. Olivia received a $1,500 scholarship to the Vail Volleyball Club.
Club volleyball lets me sharpen my skills and push myself to set a standard on my team of effort, sportsmanship, and intensity. Volleyball throughout my life has taught me to lose gracefully and win humbly.
Eden received $1,500 to attend a nine-day National Student Leadership Conference and participate in a Medicine and Health Care class on the UCLA campus.
By receiving the LVF scholarship I was able to attend NSLC and determine that I do want to pursue medical school and hopefully become a doctor because despite the academic challenges and sacrifice of time, the work is rewarding and that outweighs it all.
Faith received $1,500 for Power Pak Dance Intensive.
I would love to get the chance to complete this goal so that I can continue to create new goals for myself. This would allow me to take classes from all different dance instructors and choreographers from all over the nation...This scholarship would allow me the opportunity to go out of state and learn so much in such a short period of time.
Elsa received a $5,000 scholarship.
Given the opportunity by the LVF, I was able to attend a 5 day, mountain biking, roller skiing, and running camp in Moab, UT. This was the first time i had ever been to Moab and was one of the most productive camps I have ever been to, from building courage, gaining technique, and bonding with my teammates. I found great benefit out of it, and without support from the LVF, this wouldn’t have been achievable.
Abigail received $5,000 dollars for a skiing scholarship allowing her to travel to Zermatt, Switzerland to train.
I will forever be grateful to the Lindsey Vonn Foundation for giving me this opportunity to represent them, and helping me become closer to my goals as a ski racer.
Heather received a $2,000 LVF Scholarship for Nasa Norcal.
Wow. What an amazing weekend. I qualified first both days, finished first in both heats and again in both mains. Thanks Lindsey Vonn Foundation for an amazing weekend.
