The Lindsey Vonn Foundation Fundraiser and Banquet in Vail at Donovan Pavilion

Last February, the Lindsey Vonn Foundation reached a milestone by hosting its first big event! A fundraiser and banquet was held at the Donovan Pavilion in Vail Colorado during the FIS Alpine World Ski Championships.

It was a beautiful evening, with nearly 200 supporters of the Lindsey Vonn Foundation in attendance. Guests were invited to participate in a silent auction that boasted a number of fabulous prizes. 

One lucky supporter won a Denver Broncos VIP Experience, which offered box seats in Mile High Stadium, a private tour of the training facility and a meet-and-greet with Peyton Manning himself. Another won a package with Vail Resorts that included four Epic Passes and luxurious accommodations at Game Creek. 

Lindsey Vonn Foundation supporter and famed American designer, Cynthia Rowley generously donated a unique experience to the guest with the highest bid: a day at her New York City design studio. 

The event was a huge success, raising $380,000 for the Lindsey Vonn Foundation, which will fund initiatives that empower young women to find their voice and develop the confidence they need to succeed!
