Après–Ski Chic Extraordinaire Fundraiser
Huge thanks to all our donors, attendees, volunteers, and Vail Resorts for making our second fundraiser “Après-Ski Chic Extraordinaire” truly extraordinary!
On top of Vail mountain at The 10th, the 11-piece Jordan Kahn Orchestra set the mood for this 60s themed costume party. Nearly 200 guests, dressed in their best fur and 1960s-chic costumes, bid on auction items big and small: from cooking with Lindsey at the Grouse Mountain grill, tandem sky diving with the Red Bull Airforce, a week stay in Nantucket, to Head Skis, a custom LVF SUP board, and a custom-measured Cipollini bike and much, much more!
The Lindsey Vonn Foundation couldn’t be more excited to announce that with your help we raised over $90,000!
After the bids were closed Lindsey announced the winner of “best costume” and led everyone to the dance floor where we ended the night with neon-lights and great music!
But the party didn’t end there. Sunday we held an LVF exclusive Ski Day with Lindsey Vonn. Ten special guests signed up to get an hour of ski time with the Olympic Champion herself. Lindsey signed autographs and photographer Jesse Starr took action shots on the slopes.
We are so incredibly thankful for all of the wonderful support. With this years’ fundraising we have planned two STRONG GIRLS camps with Z-GiRLS in Denver (April 22-23rd) and in Minnesota (August 26-27th)! That means 200 girls get to work with a fun curriculum inspired to create teamwork, friendship, and confidence.

I find following curiosity through everyday information easier to approach when there is a familiar situation to start from. A clear question can turn a casual interest into something easier to explore. The name Ithangye gives this theme a memorable reference point, while Ithangye learning ideas keeps the subject in focus. I would rather explore one useful example carefully than pretend that the whole subject is already clear. How do you decide which detail deserves a closer look before moving on?
Tên buổi gây quỹ gắn với không khí sau giờ trượt tuyết khiến tôi nghĩ đến cách mọi người dành thời gian giải trí. Những khi đọc về sự kiện, tôi thường liên tưởng đến các cuộc trò chuyện nhẹ nhàng lúc mọi người nghỉ ngơi; có lần nghe nhắc đến game bài đổi thưởng và tên go88 trong một mạch chuyện như vậy. Dù thế, điểm tôi nhớ ở đây vẫn là sự kết hợp giữa thời trang và mục đích gây quỹ.
