  • Can I buy tickets for multiple people?
    Absolutely! During the ticket purchase process, you'll have the option to purchase tickets for yourself and additional guests by selecting the quantity field. You'll be required to enter each guest's name and email address, so please make sure to provide their accurate information to ensure smooth entry to the event.
  • How can I purchase tickets for the event?
    You can purchase tickets directly through our website. Simply navigate to the event page, click on "Buy Tickets," select the ticket option that best suits you, and follow the prompts to complete your purchase securely.
  • Is there a deadline for purchasing tickets?
    We recommend purchasing tickets in advance to secure your spot, but we often accommodate last-minute purchases up to a certain point. Check the event page for specific deadlines.
  • Are all guests of sponsors required to register for the fundraising gala?
    Yes, all guests are required to register for the gala on the event page. When registering, guests should select the 'Sponsor Guest Tickets (Complimentary)' or 'VIP Guest Tickets (Complimentary)' option on the 'Buy Tickets' menu and enter the sponsor's promo code by clicking "Add promo code" at the top, which will reduce the price to zero.
  • How can my company become a sponsor for the event?
    We welcome corporate sponsorships! Please visit the sponsorship section above or the event page to review or purchase a sponsorship.
  • What are the benefits of sponsoring the event?
    Sponsors enjoy a range of benefits, including prominent logo placement, brand exposure, complimentary tickets, and acknowledgment during the event. Specific benefits vary depending on the sponsorship tier. To view the benefits, please visit the event page and scroll down the 'Sponsorship Opportunities' section.
  • When do I receive my sponsor promo code so I can share it with guests?
    Once you purchase a sponsorship package, you will receive an email within 24 hours with your promo code from events@lindseyvonnfoundation.org. You can then share the promo code with all of your guests.
  • What types of items are you looking for?
    We accept a wide range of items, including but not limited to gift certificates, experiences, artwork, electronics, and luxury items. Unique and high-value donations are always popular with our bidders.
  • Can I donate items for the silent or live auction?
    Absolutely! We greatly appreciate donations for our auctions. If you have an item or experience you'd like to contribute, please fill out the donation form on our website or contact jason.ketterick@lindseyvonnfoundation.org.
  • What kind of support does your help desk provide?
